Our design office consists of all the most modern computer design, CAD and calculating systems which is headed by our Chief Design Engineer Mr. John Hammond BSC and backed up by a highly skilled team to give the best and most efficient service for all vessels, heat exchangers and specialised equipment, designed and manufactured by Radley Engineering to the highest-standard. Our Chief Engineer has vast experience in designing to the following codes ASME VIII, AD Merkblatte, BS 5500, API 650, BS 2654, TEMA and many more. Radley Engineering are Irelands leading manufacturers of specialised equipment for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Carbon Steel Fabrication Division
Radley Engineering has recently built a complete new factory, fully equipped with the most modern equipment, overhead cranes, stores and offices for the design and manufacture of all carbon steel fabrications.

Specialised Fabrication Division
Radley Engineering have fully qualified procedures in ASME IX and BS EN 287 & 288: 1992, for a large range of of standard and special materials.

We have a covered fabrication area of 4,500 sq. mtrs., with separate Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel workshops, situated within a 7 acre site, which are equipped with the most modern plant and overhead cranage facilities which includes .3 No. 6 ton and 1 No. 10 overhead cranage facilities, automatic seam welders, decoiling machine etc.
