Radley Engineering offer a full design and fabrication service in the above materials for:
Calandrias and tube heat exchangers to TEMA. Pressure vessels, jacketed pressure vessels and limpet coil reactors to ASME VIII, BS 5500, AD Merkblatte.
Specialised mixing and process vessels to FDA and client requirements.
Storage vessels and silos to BS 2654, BS2594 and API 650.
Mechanical and electropolishing of vessel to clients specifications and all other types of specialised fabrication to customer requirements and specifications.
Radley Engineering also offer pipe fabrication and installation services in the above materials.
Services include:
Orbital welding of sanitary tube to ASTM A270 up to 4" diameter to BS 4870 Pt 4 incorporating mobile site workshop.
Stainless steel pipe orbitally welded up to 24" and manually welded in similar and larger sizes to ASME IX carbon steel pipe to ASME IX and all other recognised standards.
Radley Engineering can supply all necessary testing and commissioning documentation to the client for FDA approval.
All piping installed to ANSI B31.3.
All above procedures have been witnessed by a member of AOTC and CEOC.
