Mechanical Site Installations

We Provide complete mechanical installation for chemical, pharmaceutical, power generation stations, petrochemical, brewing and food industries in stainless and mild steel, sterile, high pressure pipework and specialised equipment.

This together with all plant, equipment and prefabricated pipework is installed to the highest quality standard of workmanship and carried out in accordance with ASME and EN standards.

We provide a highly trained skilled team of management supervisors, fitters, coded welders, riggers etc., to oversee all site installations. We also use the most up-to-date cranage, lifting and installation equipment working to the highest safety standards required for all major construction contracts.

All welding is carried out using the most modern computerised and semi-automatic equipment. All welding processes are backed up with procedure qualifications and witnessed by a third party notified body. Welding procedures and welder qualifications are dual certified to EN & ASME standard.
